"Room itself was really quite nice, bed was very comfortable. The walls were paper-thin, so pray for quiet neighbours! The outside bathrooms (in their little outhouses) were a bit odd, just as well it wasn't too cold this weekend else that would have been unpleasant. The whole place seemed a bit tired and rundown, but it was serviceable enough. Good comms from the hotel pre-arrival which was appreciated. Very convenient for the station (10 mins walk and then the Elizabeth Line straight into the city centre). It was fine for a cheap budget option"

"A really beautiful hotel. The location is amazing with great links to transport, restaurants and shops. It's so comfy and nice and quiet. The staff are so lovely! I also loved the fact that decorated the lobby and downstairs areas for Halloween which was very fun and unique"
