"We had a fantastic one night stay at the double tree Cheltenham. The bedroom was beautiful with a lovely bathroom. The service was second to none, from the barman to the fantastic waitress Justina who couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return "

Maybe the offer of calling us when the room was ready instead of asking us to call to see if the room was ready would have been more efficient/going the extra mile. Food was lovely, lovely village location. Shame the sewage works was going on whilst we visited but not hotels fault. Don’t agree with the service charge automatically being put on the food bill, food was lovely but not cheap and then 10% charge on top for serving two people. To be fair...
