"Very friendly and helpful reception staff . The room is very small , but at this price this is to be expected . The sink is very small and it is a bit difficult to wash ones face , but bathroom and toilet very functional . The bed is comfortable and I had a good night sleep . Nice little room in central , but quiet location."

"Liked the location. 5 minute walk to the tube. Lots of restaurants around the area. People at the front desk were all friendly and helpful. Room was smaller but typical for London. Next time I’m back in London I will be staying here again. "

"As before, I was dropping off my elderly Parents for a flight the following day and, ax before, the Staff could not have been more helpful with wheelchair assistance and help with our luggage. The Hotel experience was exceptional as before with easy access (with complimentary booked assistance for mum and Dad) via the link corridor to check-in. This place will always be our go to whenever we fly from Heathrow T5. Thank You all."

"A nice basic hotel, very convenient for Paddington station. My return train was cancelled so they were able to let me stay for an extra night. Staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are a bit tired, but I slept well and it was quiet for a central London hotel. Much better than others I have stayed in nearby; I shall be back."
