"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. "Our basement room was super modern but quite small. Although large enough for us. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were 1st class. Breakfast was served there and all the staff were fun and helpful. Great location with easy access to the Lungomare and shopping and sights (Riace Bronzes)."
