"The front desk staff were amazing. Got me my room upgrade without any problems. The doormen were so friendly and helpful. Room service would’ve been a nice option instead of going downstairs. The parking situation was not fun being that it’s 3 blocks away. But we would still choose this place again. "

"Balcony is awesome! Stayed here in the beginning of December and was able to bundle up and stay out on the balcony for a bit! Room was supeeeer nice - sparkly! Swimming pool and hot tub are nice! Drugstore steps away from the entrance was super nice for any late emergency necessities! Loved the lil art museum! Place is very upscale! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Recommend for easy and welcoming stay. Did have to Uber places (10 to 15 min Ubers), but, I feel in the summer the area would feel...
