"This was my worst ever hotel experience. Ignorance, incompetence, and shady practices. I arrived late at night and they told me my room was under repair. I said just give me a different room, and they said they couldn't do that--I would have to cancel the room and upgrade to a new room, and pay upfront. I did that, haven't received my refund on the canceled room yet, and the replacement room smelled like mold. They don't speak English and don't know how to help you with routine hotel...

"The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic.
