"Located in a lovely, quiet area. We had a room on 1st floor in the north wing. It wasn’t easy to find it at first. We loved the dining options however we missed out on first night dinner as we were unable to communicate with a staff member at check in. The checking itself was disappointing as no one was present at the reception and we were asked to go to the south wing where, once finding it, we were sent back, just to find out, still, no one was there.
