"Pros: Proper hotel, comfortable beds, spacious apartments and hallways. We reserved two 2 bedroom apartments for two weeks. Overall comfortable. Food was good. Cons: 1) frustrating in room dining experiences. If you order 3 coffees and breakfast, you will get: 2.5 coffees, 6 mugs, 1 plate, 1 napkin, 6 jams, 2 pieces of toast. All this after 1 hour. Very little care is given by the in room dining staff to think consciously about what is being ordered and what is needed. Next 2) your room keys...

Unremarkable from the outside, but once you enter the grounds are so beautiful and traditional in style, you can’t quite believe that the hustle and bustle of Kolkata is just the other side of the wall.
