"Rooms were clean and updated. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Drinks were awesome. They have coors lite and coronas as well! We had a swim up with concierge . If you have kids, it’s worth it. We did a trip for purely relaxation and we barely left our swim up pool! Servers came right to the pool for orders! We went to the beach a couple times, Carts are every couple minutes. We never waited and the kids loved sitting in the back seat. Water was warm. Seaweed was there but not horrible. The sellers on the beach were the worst part. They would fight over you to each other if another one already spoken to you and it makes things very uncomfortable. But I know that is everywhere. As a polite Canadian saying “maybe later” didnt cut it, you just had to be polite and tell them NO thank you sternly, until the next one came seconds later. They beach restaurant was fabulous and so was the person cooking bbq with another Buffett to the side. Aquazone and fun republic were AMAZING! The workers were fantastic and so nice and really interacted with the kids. Great stay! We will be back for sure!!"

Hay varias opciones de restaurantes me encantó el de carnes y el de playa y los demás también la comida era buena. Las habitaciones son una maravilla, la decoración, olor todo. Las piscinas limpias pero el agua un poco fría, los tragos eran buenos y el personal en su mayoría daban un buen servicio personalizado. Lo único que podría decir que pueden mejorar es que solo hay un buffet y las opiniones de comida son extremadamente limitadas y un poco frías. Pero tienen la opción de comer en los restaurantes sin reserva así que it’s Okay"

"We had a fabulous week at Dreams RBPC. The staff was friendly and responsive. Our Concierge, Michael, was wonderful. He was quick to help us, but not invasive. He was able to fulfill every request we had including dinner reservations, mini bar requests,a shopping trip to Chez Nicole (highly recommend), and extra hangers. He checked on us every morning via What’s App and then in person he found us daily at the beach. We will request him when we return. Miguelito was a joy to see every day on the Preferred beach. He’s very attentive and available, but not invasive. I felt that serving fruit on sticks in the morning at the beach and popsicles at the Preferred pool was a nice touch. The room was spotless every day. We LOVED our Preferred Swim Out room in the new section. The shower had nice full-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The water pressure is great. The pools were small, but plentiful and beautiful. We liked the quiet Preferred side for resting and sleeping. We had no problem finding beach and pool chairs ever. The drinks were great (both with or without alcohol) and they do not skimp on alcohol. The soda from the bars is almost always flat, so I went tropical mixed drinks instead. Good decision. The smoke only bothered us once and that was on the beach, so we moved and it was fine. The vendors are not pushy on the beach. A simple “no gracias” will do. The food was just ok. But we always found something. Service is slow at restaurants. We will return! "
