"The lady in the breakfast area is very good. She is like all around and also cleans rooms. Very warm. There a lady at the front desk who asked me to go down when I asked her for something while the guy who was at the front desk would go up to the room to give you what you need. I stayed with small children and the hotel is good. Refund of deposit was made within 2 days. Definitely will stay again if I ever have to go to Cold Lake again. "
