"This hotel is in a GREAT location and is family-friendly. The only downside is that there is only one elevator, and if you are on floors 8-10, then you have to take two elevators, and the wait can be up to 10 minutes. The restaurant was short-staffed, and the wait was longer than expected. "

"The rooms were spacious and the dining options were nice after a long day. We did have to ask to have our room cleaned and serviced as both rooms we had were missed. Not sure how that happens. Also not happy to have to pay for parking when you are a guest there. It should be included for guests. Also no microwaves in the rooms due to “fire hazards” while other places do offer them in the rooms. Overall a good experience other than having to ask to get rooms done. "

"We enjoyed our stay but missed a few issues in our selection of it. There are no elevators, bellmen or other assistance to upper floors. The overall property was charming, and the on-call transportations was great since this property is not walkable to town. It took us a while to find a comfortable temperature in the guest room; opened the windows to obtain a 70* temp in our room because it was very hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. "It was conveniently located near the convention center, good dining and shopping. We were not initially greeted well by the team at the restaurant, (it may have been that we did not have a reservation, but telling me that they had 95 reservations before 7:30 pm was a bit much) Other than that it was a great experience."
