"We liked Boscolo Hotel. It is a nice hotel and the room was nice. The location is good too. The staff are friendly and receptive at check in. But I wouldn’t say this is a five star hotel and we didn’t feel like we got exceptional service or anything. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do.
