"The Residhome Lyon Gerland had large one bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We faced the inner courtyard and the room was quiet. There are cafes and a grocery store across the street. Subway is right outside hotel. Good value."

"I thought this perfectly adequate, more than that if I’m honest. Okay, it’s not in the city centre but it’s easy to navigate to from either Perrache or Part Dieu. There’s an Italian restaurant a minute’ walk with other options a 5 minute walk including Columbus for coffee. "While a little "worn around the edges", this hotel is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed comfort is very good. We discovered a good bistro down the road - the midi-minuit - which actually closes at 10:30 (bizarre given the name). Looked at Georges bistro but was overcrowded and too noisy. If you arrive late, parking is free in the street. "

"It was our first time OKKO, the staff were very warm and welcoming on arrival. The club area was really nice to have free coffee/tea/juice and a light snack whenever we wanted to. We also enjoyed a couple of wines at a very reasonable price. Our room was spacious and very comfortable."

"Excellent hotel, with a stunning ground floor entrance/reception. Rooms and hallway a little tired, but it didn’t detract from the stay. If you get a family bedroom make sure you got a proper shower - ours was one over a bath without a shower curtain so it wasn’t the easiest to shower in without water going everywhere. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Lyon."
