"Super conveniant location. Can’t sleep with open windows at night due to street noise. But facility and rooms are all nice. Bathtub and shower are tricky to get in and out of. A handle would benefit people getting in and out of as there is a bit of a step down from the tub and the tub is quite narrow. "

"We were a family of 4, and stayed in a family room with 4 bunk beds, there were 2 bathrooms, and a dining table, plenty of space. The only negative was the air con, it only went down to 19 degrees, l'm not sure whether this is standard in all hotels now, but it was way too hot and stuffy when sleeping at night, if we were staying longer we would have asked for a fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had a very good selection, we had an evening meal there as well,...

"First class hotel adjacent to the Tivoli Gardens. The junior suite had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and the complimentary snacks and drinks along with the tea and coffee station were great when we checked in. We also enjoyed a great meal in the brasserie on site and took advantage of the free entry to Tivoli. Would definitely stay again."
