"I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip to Copenhagen. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: the location is fantastic. Lovely area and central enough to walk to all the main attractions. Staff are welcoming and friendly and greeted me every time I walked in. Room size is good, would be just as comfortable for 2 people. Lots of space for storage and a well stocked mini-bar and in-room coffee facility. Great breakfast with a wide selection and always fresh and fully stocked. Cons: rooms feel...

"The staff was very friendly and had wonderful suggestions for places to it according to what we were seeking. Copenhagen reservations are highly recommended so it was handy they were able to make bookings. I was very lucky that when I arrived at 9 am they had a room available for me so I could get clean and get outside exploring. Truly excellent service. The "lobby" being more of a glam living room was my vibe. I always felt safe and the trains are so close by! Thank you to all at Grand...

"The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Excellent choices for breakfast. The only thing that let it down was the options for children in the swimming pool. Only a 2 hour window on Saturday and Sunday mornings. "

"I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Room was small but well designed and very practical; perhaps they could have closed the shower corner with a glass door since water goes a bit everywhere but it was no big deal. I didn’t have breakfast there but buffet looked fairly generous when I took a peek. Location is the real plus: close to everything by an easy walk, few steps away from the sea / canals and close to metro. "

Central station is a five minute walk, which is great for catching trains to other cities. The staff was helpful and there were maps at the front desk which made getting around the city easy. "

"Perfectly located a short walk from one of the main metro stations, the staff were super friendly and the hotel building, lounge and reception had a lovely boutique feel. The room slightly let it down with the uncomfortable bed and somewhat basic bathroom and furnishings. Still, the service and brilliant location made up for these minor issues. "
