"When arrived, we were given room key card. Got to the room and it had not been cleaned from previous users. Went to receptionist who didn't acknowledge or apologise for this, and just gave a new room. Location of hotel is great, service could be better. "

"Check in was efficient the receptionist on duty upon our arrival was most helpful even getting us some more pillows and a kettle for the room. Comfortable stay for a two night trip. It is about a 45 minute walk from the airport so would recommend a bus or taxi. Bus is cheaper, taxi is expensive for a short trip to airport. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from nearest train terminal and metro link. "

"Amazing hotel, right opposite the train and metro stations. Excellent location for getting around. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our side of the hotel looked directly onto the train platform, the noise of the trains was manageable and didnt bother us at all. Lots of train references throughout the hotel which was a quirky touch. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely consuder staying here again Thank you so much ❤️ "

"Lovely place although could do with a tv in the room"

"An excellent small hotel. Our room was a perfect small size, enough wardrobe and drawer space for our 4 nights. Immaculately clean and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. Hot showers and a wonderful view over Nyhavn restaurants but no noise at night. The continental breakfast, juices, cereal choice, yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses, breads, boiled eggs, salad, tea and coffee was well presented and efficiently replenished to provide a great start to the day. "

"Modern and excellent. Ørestad is a great stop that has both subway and trains, making it super easy to get anywhere in Copenhagen. I actually liked staying away from the “downtown core” / touristy area where you get to go back at the end of a long day away from the hustle bustle and also in a safe and easy to get to area. Hotel was clean and got everything one would need. "

"Had largest shopping center in Denmark next door!! Need I say more. Grocery store,items more than in US. In shop center. Train into town 10 min walk. Fast. Stay on train for nyat boat rides everything close by going back in Nov. Again.loved feel,people,helpful people. I'm 74 retired airline crew, travel all over the world, but really enjoyed cph. Going again summer 2025.6 weeks,same friendly hotel!"
