"It’s a nice hotel but no so happy to accommodate platinum Orbitz premium status features. Sort of blew it off and said at check in we’d have to contact Orbitz fit $35 food credit and upgrade. Didn’t receive either / that was unfortunate "

"Love the Colonnade! I’ve stayed here in the past and it has always been amazing, and this visit was no different. The staff here always go above and beyond, especially dear Umberto. Sadly I had to check in quite late and Orlando at the check in was so sweet and pleasant. The other two gentleman at the check in desk were also very accommodating but sadly I did not get their names. Thank you for everything, will definitely continue to stay here on my trips back to Miami."
