This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience."

Sadly I had to check in quite late and Orlando at the check in was so sweet and pleasant. The other two gentleman at the check in desk were also very accommodating but sadly I did not get their names.
