"Great stay before our cruise. Close to port and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The happy hour was crowded and the bar was bit expensive outside of happy hour but overall the hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff was nice. Only negative that really stood out was hotel needs better toasters at breakfast. All 3 were small kitchen toasters - didn’t toast and people were standing around for awhile while their food got cold and ended up eating cold bagels and bread. Really need commercial size toasters for this many people. "

"Rooms are very spacious with special touches that make it feel homie, like throw pillows, rugs, couch and chair for extra seating and a small table with chairs. "

"The 6th floor is where my room was. The moment the elevator doors opened, there was a mildewy smell that should be looked into. One of the beds in my room had a lumpy mattress that clearly needs to be replaced. The phone and the midd night stand was dusty, it looked like it had not been wiped down in a long time, the carpet needs to be steamed cleaned and the AC was dusty. Staff was nice, relaxing environment for a quick get away "
