"There is no TV streaming. No available apps on TV to access personal Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. They only gave us 1 face towel and 2 bath towels for 2 adults, they were very skimpy on the towels. Everything is done through app. Front desk person will direct you to app for all services. A condo and not a hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Only valet parking. Beach is not walking distance. "

"My visit was for a new year's event. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign on the counter that read, "be back momentarily". It was about a twenty minute wait with a line forming. Cleanliness and the room was ok. The bathroom was ok but the tub needs to be replaced. It had been covered and was peeling. The toilet seat is too low. I'm 70 years old and haven't ever seen one that low."
