"When I arrived in this hotel from a taxi, I was told that the this location has been converted to a COVID treatment center for months. This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience."

"Building is beautiful but was traveling with young children and assigned a room up a flight of stairs. We were moved eventually but bad first impression. Fairly isolated, lovely neighbourhood though. "

"Our stay was very short, but the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We had an appointment at the Italian consulate which ran hours longer than expected. The front desk managers extended our check out time to accommodate our needs. They were also helpful in printing a needed form for us."

"Love the Colonnade! I’ve stayed here in the past and it has always been amazing, and this visit was no different. The staff here always go above and beyond, especially dear Umberto. Sadly I had to check in quite late and Orlando at the check in was so sweet and pleasant. The other two gentleman at the check in desk were also very accommodating but sadly I did not get their names. Thank you for everything, will definitely continue to stay here on my trips back to Miami."
