"Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again."

"We had a lovely time at the La Jolla compound. The property was as described and fit our family of 9 quite comfortably. The location was excellent with lots of great restaurants and other activities within walking distance. We loved having easy access to the ocean and found the whole stay just what we needed."

"The house is great and is in ok condition given the location. Renters get 2 tandem parking spots and rest should park on street side only. We had a great time in there and had couple of issues with the power circuits tripping. The management came promptly to check but couldn’t diagnose the issue. Overall it’s good and will use it again if I’m in the area with the large group."

"- The location is amazing, with wonderful sunset views, no parking issues (if you want to park at sunset, it can be difficult but there is parking space at the back of the house). There are a few grocery stores 5 to 12mn away (Jensen's or Trader Joe's to cite a couple...). It is close to the airport, which is convenient if people gather from different places (we had guests flying from from HI, MI and France...) - The house itself is great.
