"I loved our stay here. The location was great for seeing things, and while I don't know if the hotel is in its prime, I felt luxurious enough! And for the price, I felt like I got a huge bargain. Small complaints: The showers aren't great (but the bed may be my favorite hotel bed in a loooong time), and it is hard to find a reasonably priced quick breakfast. There is really nothing nearby, so best strategy is to stock up your room."

"The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, the facilities were clean and in good state. The hotel’s location makes it easier to use public transportation, which is a few yards away. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area with different types of cuisine. In the past, we stayed in a hotel in the Gaslamp district; unfortunately, it was more exposed to the bad aspects of that area. However, even though the Omni is very close to Gaslamp, it didn’t feel like we weren’t safe. We would definitely stay at the Omni in future visits to San Diego!"
