Not an issue, but my teen was hoping to watch some tv in the evening away from the adults. Could have used a later check-out time than 10 AM. Preference would be 11 with an option for "late-check out" by arrangement. Over-all - great house, great host, great location."

This was in a great location, where I felt safe walking my dogs around the midtown neighborhood. It had a great covered deck and yard to relax, and every room in the house was lovingly curated for comfort and fun.
