"Lovely hotel. Very large. Nice room, good view of pools. Very clean and well kept. Pool area very nice, lots of sun beds which made the need for the sad people who reserve their little spot at 7am unnecessary. Food was nice. Short walk to beaches. Altogether would recommend. Would stay again when returning to Tenerife."

"The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it, set over multiple levels with lots of greenery and views out to the sea. The staff are all friendly and helpful and can't do enough to make your stay as good as possible. The hotel is well located with a short walk to restaurants and shops, although it is located on a hill so it is a little challenging to walk back to after a visit to the shops! Overall, a great stay and would happily return!"

"We liked the VIP status that was provided. However it could be improved with a more proactive approach by the staff. For example rather than waiting for us to ask they could take our orders. The afternoon tea was good but the evening canopes were a little disappointing. The surroundings were very nice and the facilities good, however we did not like the extensive use of towles in the morning to reserve sun loungers. This problem was reduced a little by having our own VIP terrace, but on our final day was not available because it was used by a wedding."
