"The hotel is lovely & check-in was very smooth. We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

"Had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel itself is so inviting. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool facilities were clean, warm and enjoyable. Breakfast was absolutely incredible.
