The checkin/out and services available were great. The property is in need of severe upgrades. Holes, plaster and all kinds of cosmetic coverups are prevalent. The property needs a true refresher.

Staff were sobinhelpfil and dismissive. The room i actually paid for smelt like a rat had died in there..then they had to move me to a smaller in size and smaller in value room that looked old, dirty and spent. I was promised they would discount the smaller room to 100 dollars a night because of what they put me through as i went to the USA for a medical appointment but upon seeing the charges, they charged me fully. A gentleman called Rilley who is one of the managers was who i met on the night. Terrible experience and i need Expedia to help get my money back please

Put in a 3rd floor room at far end of building. Were not told elevator was out. We are old. Elevator still not fixed after 6 days. VERY long walk to the other functioning elevator. Elevator was filthy. The room was cleaned once and was nicely done.

This was our second time staying there and was not happy about the smell of mildew this time around.Could have been in the bathroom as the smell was stronger there. Everything else was pretty clean beds where comfy. The area is nice & quiet alot to do near by.
