The restaurant was not overcrowded unlike others in the region. Really friendly staff and service was top-notch. The everyday events were really well organized. They had an excellent Mexican night, white night, Michael Jackson show etc. Events had food stalls were a lot of attention to detail was paid. One improvement could be making Indian food in buffet halal that’d make this place a first choice for many Indians and Pakistanis.

Seemed dated, several pools but all small and chilly (including room plunge pool). Food was decent, even the buffets. We liked all the evening entertainment; for several of these they had food too). We stayed in the Excellence Club and it wasn’t worth it - the room smelled moldy and everything just felt wet all the time. The beach was wavy and not really for swimming. The day beds have experienced a good bit of wear and tear, but there were generally spots open under shade.

Our Butler Omar was awesome. Food was great at the Japanese restaurant, the Steak House, and the Buffets. Even at the little beach hut with burgers and dogs. Bartenders were awesome and the nightly entertainment was top notch. Overall the staff was an 10 out of 10. Room service food was less than desirable and they didn’t bring everything we ordered. The biggest reason for not giving a 5 star was the checkin. They were splitting groups up and asking part of the group to take a room on the family side of the resort. Clearly they overbooked the “Adult” only side of the resort. Which caused us a delay in checking in, as well as needing to move rooms the second day in the middle of the day. Very inconvenient! And told us it was a maintenance issue, which we learned was not true. Other guests ran into the same frustrating situation.

Stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon and where do I even start. This place is absolutely incredible. From the very beginning we were treated amazing. Staff carried our luggage to the room, gave us a tour, everyone we dealt with at this resort seemed genuinely happy we were there and so willing to help with anything we needed. The food and drinks were so good!! Many different restaurants to choose from and when they say all inclusive, they mean it, we payed for nothing. Room service is also included which was very convenient. This hotel is in a great location, very quiet, and super secure. There was never a time we felt unsafe. The views were breathtaking and everything was so clean. Zero complaints, will definitely be back.

I love the property I think it's an excellent resort. Plenty of bars and restaurants, I thought the food was good. Our room was very nice, the rooftop plunge pool was awesome. It had a great view. Definitely would return and recommend.

Beautiful resort - inside & out. Grounds are immaculate! Easy to navigate. Staff, servers, bartenders were attentive & humorous- they were outstanding! Entertainment in the evening was wonderful, as was the main pool in adult section. Lots of pools & swim up bars - COLD pool water needs attention (even with 85° weather) The food was wonderful in the restaurants - we especially loved the steakhouse! However- Room Service Food was HORRIBLE- both supper & breakfast!!! BIG ISSUE- getting the room that was reserved! The check-in process was not what we expected as we traveled with another couple. We were separated and they were taken to the family side unbeknownst to us. They tried to give them a room on that side with upgrades, but we all had reserved in the elegance section for adults only. The process took us more than two hours & to no luck - they were put in a family room as they had overbooked the adult side. As we shared this throughout our time there many couples who travel together had the very same experience. This is unacceptable and caused loss of time during the check-in process, and our friends had to meet the following day to pack up everything and move to the adult side a day later. Check in staff & manager were not even phased by this situation (they do this often). Lots of money & time was spent planning and there are many places to stay in Cancun & Caribbean - not sure we will come back. This is why the rating isn’t a five star.

This is a massive resort with multiple pools and a beautiful powder beach. There were at least 6 restaurants which were all excellent. The main buffet restaurant was excellent with many options. Services were excellent and very friendly throughout the resort. The only thing that was a minor distraction were the nightly outdoor wedding parties got very loud from 6-11 pm. It made it difficult to enjoy a quiet evening strolling the beach. Although we were nit with small children, I could imagine it difficult to put little ones to bed early because the loud music could be heard in the hotel rooms. Overall, we enjoyed this place and would enjoy returning again.

If you are debating on booking here, DO IT! My boyfriend and I just got back from our 6 night stay here and we had the greatest time. We stayed on the club side in the Jr Suite. Our butler Chan, was AMAZING. He always made sure we were taken care of. He set up our outdoor jacuzzi with bubbles and rose petals for us one night, which we really appreciated. The food was very delicious. We loved the steakhouse. The filet was one of the best we have had. We sat by the club infinitely pool most of our trip and all of the bartenders were great and very attentive. The entertainment staff were also outstanding . The resort had a lot of fun activities to do throughout our stay. Overall, I was extremely impressed with this resort. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in the Club section with private Club beach spread out clean beautiful beach, two club lounges right on the beach with top shelf liquor and high end cappuccino machine. The whole resort is spotless and immaculate they seem to be constantly cleaning. Buffet food is amazing.
