"Our stay exceeded our expectations! The ground were so lush and beautiful, it felt like we were walking through a jungle. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Our favorite bartenders were Ruben and Kevin! They were fun and remembered our drinks every time we came around. The pools were clean and gorgeous, the beach was amazing and perfectly sized with great snorkling views right off the beach. We had a nature view room but had an amazing view of the ocean and cruise ships. It was also very clean and they made sure it was cleaned daily. The food at the Italian restaurant was SO GOOD. We ended up extending our stay! Good vibes all around, highly recommend!"

"The best hotel I’ve stayed at in 7 trips to Mexico. No, it’s not all-inclusive but Cozumel is so expensive that the restaurants on site aren’t that wildly overpriced by comparison. Breakfast buffet is totally worthwhile. We could snorkel directly off the beach. It’s also not so far down the hotel zone that it’s a huge trek into town; it’s really not that far at all. From the service to the food to the staff and amenities, this place is absolutely top notch. "

"We had a fantastic all inclusive week long family vacation here at the end of March '25. This is a boutique resort, smaller. The food was amazing. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Daytime was busier with the cruise crowd and day passes with the evenings much quieter. Rosita from housekeeping was wonderful (Rm 1433). Thank you!"
