"Absolutely beautiful resort with fantastic staff. We read reviews regarding difficulties in getting reservations for dinner. We booked the Royal level and I highly recommend this if you have the ability. We had reservations for all 7 nights and ate at all restaurants at least once. The Royal level team was amazing and truly treated us as royalty! That being said the entire resort goes out of their way to make your vacation the best you have experienced. From our welcome from Johnny to our final goodby from Tony we were made to feel like familia! Also had a great experience renting a jeep and cruising Cozumel, the locals were extremely gracious in sharing their home with us. Great experience!"

"My husband and I truly had a wonderful time. Really the only thing that I could want to improve on would be the food at the buffet. I feel like if more authentic Cozumel/Mexican food was served that people would be more able to enjoy it. Italian night not so great and Asian night was OK. I will say there was one dish that was absolutely amazing and that was the chicken dish. It was thighs and drumsticks and a really yummy Asian sauce.
