Checkin lady was fine but could have smiled to great customers and a little more positive energy. She probably gets asked the same dumb questions from every person but my experience matters"

"Really nice clean rooms, new style hotel, spacious rooms, i appreciate that a lot. Very quiet hotel. Ventilation system in room easy to operate and very responsive. Breakfast area very nice and also spacious.Great choices for a quick breakfast : cereal, oatmeal, yogurt etc. Suggestion for improvement: the hot breakfast : the egg paddy with cheese, and potatoes were not appetizing. A simple preparation of scrambled eggs would work well i think. Overall very happy with our stay."

"I read a lot reviews of this property and get worries before check-in time but since it close to where I have to be I pick this one. It turn out to be very well stay. Hall way cigarettes smell quite strong. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. With the price I have no complain about it. "

"Their staff is excellent and takes care of your requests well. We checked in late and requested crib for our toddler which was already placed in our room prior to our arrival. It was a smooth check in and no time was wasted. Breakfast was good especially waffles & scrambled eggs. Rooms are a bit gloomy & old and can definitely some more lightening can help but it is best in this price. Thank you for the amazing service. "

"Chelsea and Ely were professional and super amazing they dealt with our issues promptly! Carpets in rooms had horrible wet/pet or mouldy smell. The staff gave us a spray which masked the odour for a bit. The moved us but, new room still had that same smell. So we took the spray again. Hotel was very clean except for the shower. Edges and corners had mould and it would breakaway while you showered that was horrifying especially with a toddler. "
