"The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "

"Was only here for a night but it was delightful. Very clean room, nice view, professional staff, centrally located to a lot of Philadelphia tourist sites. I would go again!"

"I love how close proximity the hotel is to everything. The septa Surburban stop was a 6-minute walk. Shopping and dining options all walkable. The buses are right around the corner. The only con is that the restaurant does not serve dinner."
