"Wow!! I usually stay away for three nights per week with work so I see a lot of hotels all over the country. This place is up there with the best. From the ambient atmos when you get out of the lift, with the dimly (but adequately) lit corridors leading to the rooms, the decor and facilities, almost everything else about the place oozes quality. The price was very reasonable too. My room 115 was massive, high ceilings made from brick arches and perfectly laid out. The shower was fab and could reach the temperature I like. The bed was comfy with a choice of firm or squishy pillows. My favourite squishy ones were just like putting your head on a cloud 😊 The WiFi was really fast and all the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. If could really nit-pick and find something that could be improved …..the toilet in my room had a slam-shut seat/lid 😂 I would have expected a soft-close type in a hotel of this quality 😉 But once you remember that, it’s not a problem! The Titanic is definitely on my list of “Places I will go back to”!!"

"Staff make this hotel. From check-in, the executive lounge, the pool (booked a free slot) to the housekeeping. All lovely and genuinely friendly. Stayed in the White Star Suite, which had a great view and access to the lounge, one of the best lounge offerings with drinks and appitizers we've stayed in the UK. Also included some spirits served by the friendly host who you can tell loved his job looking after everyone. We will definitely return."

"Great stay in a fantastic location for all amenities. Friendly staff. Free mini bar in room and an iron and ironing board. Bit noisy at 5.30am for 30mins in the room 123. I stayed in due to barrels been delivered my fiends never heard a thing in their rooms. Breakfast fantastic and great choice of hot and continental food. Would definitely stay but ask for a room not near loading area. "
