"Staff was especially helpful. Did their utmost to make limited ammenities available. Attention to detail in room and drinks available 24/7 in lobby. Small, older place in remote town outside of Crater Lake - you can walk the length of the town in 15-20 minutes. 2 of the 3 restaurants in town were closed on the day we were there (Monday&Tuesday closed). Mexican restaurant was at South end of the street and very good."

"The Eagle Crater lake Inn is in the very remote town of Chemult, Oregon. The motel is older and could definitely use some updating. However, I had a nice stay as the room was clean, warm, and had many nice amenities such as new, fluffy towels, phone outlets by on the nightstands, and ample sample sizes of shampoo, lotion, soaps and even shower caps. "The house itself was roomy and comfortable for 3 friends in the area to explore Crater Lake. Kitchen was well appointed but some dishes had been put away not cleaned or n some cases clean but not dried. The biggest issue it was very hot, no A/C in the house which would have been less of an issue if there had been enough fans -- at least one for each bedroom. Lynda (host) was very responsive on questions and wish all hosts were that thorough in instructions and quick to respond. With more fans...
