"The studio was perfect for a weekend centered around hiking to Crystal Mill with my partner. We loved that the place was truly right on the river with steps down to it, a patio and fire pit, grills, and chairs to enjoy the sunshine and water. "The listing led us to believe that this was a stand alone unit vs basically one of 8 "apartments" in a block building. VERY small, but had the basics...could have been cleaned better. No A/C...it was very hot outside, but unit stayed cool enough to be tolerable. In a long line of active businesses and places to stay...thought it would be quiet around us. Someone walking around our unit at night...and smoking, which came through our open windows. It was ok overall...but think you need to be...
