"Great location, wonderful staff, really nice room. Food is great. Genuinely loved our stay in Derry. Parking can be a be tricky; try not to roll into town during rush hour. "2 adults 3 children stayed for one night for the Halloween celebrations in Derry. Location was excellent, 10min drive from the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre. Upon arrival (we arrived early) our room wasnt ready but we were allowed to use the pool and facilities which was brilliant for the kids. "Everything was very good, cleanliness, comfort and service. All staff were helpful and courteous. I used Spa and the the service was good there also. Dinner was served quickly. At breakfast I asked for a poached egg and it came in a few minutes -The only negative thing was the bacon at breakfast was a bit hard due I imagine, to sitting for some time. Staff in dining room were again very helpful and pleasant."
