"The amenities are stellar, but it pales in comparison to the upbeat attitude of the staff. The smiles and politeness of Westin made me feel like I was back home in the south. My niece is considering a move to NYC and there is no other place I would stay or recommend than Westin."

The location is perfect, close enough to walk to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square and Central Park, but far enough away from the congestion of Times Square.
