"Perfect locations, room size is big for a hotel in NYC. The grab and go breakfast was good too. The rooms were quiet and all the street noise remained outside! We would love to use this hotel again."

I expected a better rate for the additional two nights due to a flight cancellation and my family was stuck, but I didn't get any cost savings except for a waiver of the $40 fee. As a result my costs were overdone. But cleaners from vallee to waiters were great and polite and friendly. One front end hotel secretary was rude, a couple of Saturday night restaurant girls at the front entry desk were slightly rude. Overall, very good, spacious, convenient, fun for kids to run around."
