"Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious. My room had a nice view of Penn Station across the street. Great location if you’re going to Madison Square Garden (less than a block away). No handheld shower head in the bathroom, no foldable luggage rack, no armchair in the room. Nice that breakfast is included but the food quality was not great. Convenient worktable space in stylish lobby. Friendly, helpful staff."

"I liked the cleanliness and the cleaning staff! They were amazing. We had many issues with the elevator and the breakfast area had to be left at 10am sharp. The reception staff didn’t explain the facilities and how some things worked in the room. We found out 2 days before leaving that we could get ice from a machine in the ground floor. We had a great experience with the Night Shift reception staff."
