"A perfect location and a wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel is well kept and very centrally located. The parking was in the same building and affordable (for NYC). We would definitely stay there again."

"Nice property, but they need a bigger breakfast area. The place was packed no matter what time we went and you had to stalk tables in order to sit down. Elevators were an issue during rush hours, so make a plan. Other than that we would stay here again. "

"This hotel has an amazing location. I stayed here the weekend before Christmas and got a room facing Times Square- the view was gorgeous! However, it was very cold because the window was broken, which was letting in cold air. We realized this late at night snd asked that they fix it the next morning- they didn’t. It also took us about 45 minutes to check in. Then we waited about 30 mins to leave our bags with the desk in the am. M Social is about a block away, and way nicer for the same price,...

"Absolutely perfect location for anything you would want to do in Manhattan. The only issue I had with the hotel itself is that it’s a bit outdated, the heat is extremely hot and you feel like you’re in a sauna. Our window was slightly cracked, and a draft was coming in, so it was a bit hard to regulate the temperature. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was just right for what we needed."
