"Such a nice place! The rooftop bar had spectacular views and lots of seating inside and outside. The marketplace by the lobby had lots of snack options, including gluten-free. Our room had a swivel chair and table next to the window. Great view without paying extra for it. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Window opens a crack, enough to take a picture or hear city sounds. The hotel is located in Times Square, but not directly in a crowded area, which we liked. We look forward to returning in the future!"

"The property was a good location. It had a good gym to use. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast roll was nice. It is worth upgrading the breakfast if you want a sitdown one, the extra money is worth it. Rooms were small and had noisy fans/ac outside but you do forget they're on and it is times square, so there is always some compromise!"

"I took my granddaughter to NYC for her 15th birthday. Grace, a Mcitizen hotel employee, met us in the lobby, stored our luggage until check in time and was so kind and informative! She asked us what brought us to NYC and I told her. Later when we checked into the room, she had a personalized card, a bag of chips and popcorn, a cookie and soda drinks for us! Made my granddaughter so happy!! Grace is definitely a great employee!!"
