The hotel had a weird smell everywhere. The rooms were clean, but housekeepers did not come to clean the first day. The booking was for 3 people, but the towels and toiletry were for 2 only. I would have let all of this slide, but what really got me is the front office staff. On checkout day, I went to see them to ask for a short extension for the checkout. All I needed was an hour and they wanted to charge me $45, which is almost a half day’s charge. I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere else. Usually I’d get the extension or be told that it is not available.

Smelled like smoke as well as the strong chemicals they used to try to cover up the smell. The hotel was old and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We couldn’t stay with the awful smell and they refused to give me a refund. I’m fighting the issue through my bank, since I paid with a credit card. I ended up having to look for another hotel at 10PM that night, for myself and my daughters.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay. I was permitted to check in, an hour early, which I appreciated. The room was big, clean, & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a decent selection. A 5 Stars stay.

Terrible smell in property. Learned that is is the cleaning product they used when lady came in to mop up a child’s spill while we were having breakfast. It is overwhelming, especially in hallways. Long black hairs on the walls of our shower. Mentioned to hotel staff. He seemed unconcerned. Otherwise property seemed clean but an experience like that leaves doubts. Location is great for airport but we would not stay here again.

Let me start off with. I'm not from Dallas. I had an unexpected stay at Dallas international airport. I started looking for lodging with free shuttle service and found several locations that were 11 or 12 Miles away from the airport. There was one that said Dallas love field. There was no miles associated with the listing, so I assumed that it was close by. I booked the room with no refund. When I tried to get the shuttle to come, they said they only serviced the Dallas love field AIRPORT not Dallas fort worth airport. (I had no idea there were several airports in Dallas.) The Hotel said I would need to use an uber or a taxi to get to the location out of my own pocket (at sixty to eighty dollars each way.)Had the listing stated love field AIRPORT shuttle service only or stated the milage was 30 miles away I would have rethought the purchase. It was less exspensive to book another hotel, than pay the uber, so I went elsewhere. I WANT A REFUND.

The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night and when we called the front desk… there wasn’t even an emergency, he just told us to go back to bed, we’re fine. It was just so loud. Secondly, there were stains on the walls.

Writing on the sheets, found bugs in our room then I tried to cancel my 3 day booking and they refused. I told them I was checking out and would just pay for the one night stay and the only man working said he couldn’t do that because he wasn’t a manager. He refused my refund but I ate the charge, that’s how nasty it is. Also shares a parking lot with a strip club. While checking in several people were calling the front desk complaining as well, should’ve ran them.

This property has terrible management. Not only did I have to pay a $100 deposit on top of the room cost, they NEVER returned my deposit. Instead they kept it because they had complaints the night before and had to reimburse the woman who complained of noise. I never received a phone call to my room nor my cell phone informing me that there was a complaint. I didn’t know they kept my $100 until 3 days later when I checked my bank account. When I called up there the manager was very rude and told me that they would not return my deposit. Again, I was not informed of any complaints nor that they were keeping my $100. Not by phone, not when I checked out the next morning, nothing. The hotel was not at all what the reviews and pictures say. It was very outdated, elevators were not working well, breakfast was old, overall it was old and run down. I would not recommend and if you stay, they are untrustworthy people.

I was supposed to have a non-smoking room. The room smelled horrible. Obviously someone had smoked in the room. As a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe here. There were numerous men loitering around in the hallways. I chose not to stay here due to these conditions. The pictures of the property do not display what the property actually looks like. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
