"A nice and clean two-bed, two-bath unit on the first floor of a large apartment complex. Lots of cabinet space. Some pots and pans need to be replaced. Seating for eating was limited to two chairs at the island counter overhang. Parking is difficult in the evening."

"I traveled to see my mother for her 92 birthday and located this property to stay for the 3days. It was clean and quiet a bit tight quarters but the space was creatively and accomidatingly used. "

"We just checked out of a two night stay here. First, it is located right in the heart of the French Quarter of Charleston. You are mere steps from virtually everything. We were about a block or so from the Charleston City Market. We were surrounded by an array of restaurants and shops. Parking is about 50 per night, which I find routine for larger cities. We were walking distance to everything we did, including arranged tours. So if you are not on a driving tour and coming to visit only...

"This could not have been a more perfect play for my five day trip to explore Charleston. What a clean and cozy apartment. The balcony was a perfect retreat and the bed was so comfortable. I used the bike to ride around the city and along the water. The managers/owner was so communicative and flexible. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"The rental was very clean and location good. The only downfall was parking. The space next to the unit can only accommodate a very small vehicle like a mini cooper. We drive a Honda CRV and could not open the doors thereforeWe were instructed to park down the street in designated parking spots but none were available. We then opted to park at the Midtown garage and pay daily rate and walk back to our unit."

"Beautiful studio in great location. Studio was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette made it convenient to refrigerate and heat up leftovers. On our last day we got "stuck" in an unusal snow weather event which closed most places down. The studio was very cozy so we didnt didn't mind. Lots of yum restaurants, shops cultural and historical sites within walking distance. We"

"Only stayed one night on our way home from Florida to visit Grandson also on James Island. Accommodations worked well. Only suggest to let people know to enter from door that is on the right side of the house. Owner answered immediately when I called and was very helpful."

"The property was very clean with a nice decor. Daniel Island was a great location, seemed central to downtown Charleston as well as other outlying islands. I would say the property description was a little misleading. This is definitely a studio apt, not a 1 bedroom. That being said there was plenty of room, it was just all in one large room other than the small kitchenette. "
