"Love this hotel, the Rooms are the biggest in Liverpool, the beds are comfortable but I always take my own pillows when travelling. At the base of the toilet there was some staining but, other than that, the room was clean. The restaurant food was nice but I’ve had better steaks. The staff in the bar/lounge area are not very attentive and each time I have used that area I have needed to go to the bar to place orders for food and drink despite there being ample staff and very few customers. "Hotel staff were very good. The bar and seating area are well presented. The rooms are a little dated and tired. Windows sealed closed so unable to open. carpets not very clean. and very dark (low level lighting throughout the hotel) breakfast service is very good and the food was good. "
