"Easy communication with the host made the trip start off well. We enjoyed the 2 bedroom condo- lots of room. We loved sitting on the balcony for our morning coffee and the overall relaxed atmosphere inside. Close to so many attractions and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Great place!"

"The only down side was that we are very close to where they are continuing to build and did not feel like we could walk outside much. We Did not get a chance to use the pool and mini-golf, but the additional gaming room at this property was very helpful!! Loved it all!!"

"Stayed for 5 nights. The unit was great. Nice updates compared to some of the other units on the property. Love the ground floor location and at the one end of the building. So close to one of the pools. The only thing was the floor was very sandy/griddy when we first arrived. Spent 15 mins vacuuming and then it was fine. Overall a great stay!"

"I stayed here with my son for his football camp which is located in Davenport, Fl. The entire process from the booking all the way to checking out was great. The studio was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is approximately 2-3 miles from restaurants, gas stations and Starbucks. "The property was as advertised. It was very clean and spacious. The resort amenities were all within walking distance and easily accessible. The unit was conveniently located near Northwest Regional Park and many shops, restaurants and major routes. The owner communicated effectively and was very proactive in advance and during our stay. "Just wanted to let you know that I was not pleased with the condo cleanliness and condition. One other guess did stay but I found other lodging as the condo was not to my standards. The furniture was old and dirty looking, spider webs everywhere, I even had a spider in my bed. The sheets in the guess room smelled sour, the bed was so old and uncomfortable like it literally was one sided and made loud noises if you made one slight move.
