"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. "Cozy, clean, well decorated, great location! I really loved it there. There were a couple nights that I enjoyed the nearby hot tub while my 8 year old played in the heated pool. The Publix truly is only a walking distance away, as well as a couple spots to eat. I highly recommend taking a stroll to Beth’s Burger Bar. Universal Studios was the purpose of our stay and it was only a 10 min drive. I’d happily stay here the next time we come."

"We booked this to evacuate our home for Milton. The place was spacious and comfortable for our family. My recommendation to the property owner to update the check in instructions. It does not list the gate code to access the property and does not include the unit number, so we had to wait for a response before we could get into the unit. Property owner was very accommodating and helpful when we had concerns we couldn’t be able to get back to our home. "

It then cleared after a few minutes but I wasn’t about to use it to brush my teeth. Staff gave me plenty of bottled water to brush teeth and rinse toothbrush.
