"Breakfast staff rude when asked for where items were: EX: asked for salt and pepper- staff threw open the drawer to find , placed it forcefully on counter and then said “ no salt” and left. Felt he was overwhelmed and unprepared. Also coffee carafe was low and told to use the machine there which took forever and caused a line to wait for! Other than this issue, front desk very pleasant , room comfortable ! Will return on next travel to visit family ."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. All the employees were great and it’s a very nice hotel. We only had one complaint— what is up with the cheap pillows? We had a king size bed that had 4 toddler size pillows. They were not even standard size, and they were very wimpy. I have NEVER stayed anywhere that had pillows that terrible and small. "
