"I subscribe to “you get what you pay for” it is simply a 2 star place to sleep that has undergone somewhat of a facelift. Grounds are unkempt and yes some transient people staying. Sparse furnishings (no towels, and honestly didn’t ask, just used our own) and bathroom sink barely drained. That being said it is
pet friendly
and somewhere to rest your head. Note: If you want to “sleep in” don’t use the king deluxe room it has a skylight. "

"Spent a week at this nice condo in mid-January. Cozy and warm, right on the beach. The Cape in mid-winter is very quiet but that is what we had wanted. Our 15 year old Shih-Tzu was comfortable and happy. Nice relaxing week on this terrific property."

"The space is small but the setup allows for maximum utilization. When you’re on vacation, you’re supposed to be outside. If you just need a place to rest your head, this spot is perfect. Chase’s Ocean Grove is an adorable little community, and the beach is super clean and beautiful - not to mention just steps away from the property. Perfect for myself, my wife and our little pup! 10/10 recommend!"
