"We had a late check in because of our flight being delayed a few times. So we were put in a long room right by the elevator. When I asked to change they let me the only problem was the other rooms they had available the air conditioning didn’t work and the rooms were so tiny you could barely walk around. So unfortunately we had to go back to the room by the elevator. It honestly wasn’t as loud or disruptive as I thought it would be. We asked for a late check out day of like we were told was policy and we were still disturbed at 1030am by housekeeping. Not cool. Otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. "
