"The hotel was very lovely and in a beautiful location. Very accommodating with a good breakfast option. They also called a taxi for us the day we were leaving which was a nice option. Also a 5 min walk to the ferry station which was very convenient. My only wish was that we were able to change the AC temperature. It was in the room but we could not change the temperature. They said it would only blow hot air at the time since they are in the winter season (we went in October), but we tend to...

"The spa facilities were very nice. I wasn’t aware there was a charge to use the facilities. That’s ok, but guests can’t get access to spa and until 3:00 in afternoon and must book it for 3 hours. I like morning soaks or at least at my convenience, not the hotel’s."

"Our new Euro 2-pin plugs only worked in 1 of the many electrical sockets which was a nuisance. The hotel sockets weren't the newest. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good varied breakfast. Short walk to the centre of Desenzano for the cafes, restaraunts and ferry to Sirmione."
