"It was amazing riad and Shema was externally helpful and accommodating. Stayed there for 5 nights and had dinner and lunch there few times. It had great jazz music every night and Monday the best one. Definitely will stay here again!! Also booked the grand royal spa and hammam, which was again a great experience here. "It’s a gorgeous riad, beautiful rooms and courtyards . Staff were wonderful, friendly. Food at the restaurant was delicious 👌. The only negative was the location, the surrounding streets were not nice and the men were quite aggressive outside, nothing to do with the hotel tho . "

"My stay was great. The room was clean and the air-conditioning was working and room services was great too. The only disappointment was food. We were served with meat (beef) that was rotten. But, the kitchen department asked for apology and we appreciated their apology & explanations. They handled it in a very professional. Otherwise overall everything was excellent. "
