"We just returned from our first trip to Tangier and stayed at this hotel. The check-in was easy, the room, adequate, and the concierge helped with airport transport. The grounds were lovely as was the morning breakfast. It was close to the Old Medina and there were always plenty of taxis around. Our room was always a bit warm for my liking and it was likely this was due to the off season but there seemed to be one server working the 2 small bars and the evening restaurant. "Service was fantastic. It's a very cool property. Easy to get to and nice rooms. Breakfast was very light but good. As others have pointed out the beds are not great. The hot tub is not hot and has no heater. That was a disappointment. The heated pool was heated to a temperature that would be fine if it was 85f but in the 60s...it's a no. The rooftop area was great to chill. It's worth a stay."
